And so I have to say goodbye to the creator of another childhood icon Pugwash creator Ryan dies aged 88. I loved Captain Pugwash! But I can't help but be amused at the caption to the picture is "Pugwash's crewmates on the Black Pig included Tom the Cabin Boy". You hear that? TOM the Cabin Boy. That's TOM, TOM NOT Roger - repeat NOT Roger the Cabin Boy! Oh and there were no one called Seaman Staines, either!
