It's called Schadenfreude...

(if not necessarily spelled like that) and it's what I'm feeling at the moment.

A CID man just called at the door asking if I knew about the burglary at the Kwik Save store across the road last night at 10pm. I didn't. Now I'm not one to condone crime, but considering that it was probably one of their delivery lorries that damaged my car last week, I am feeling a certain amount of satisfaction at their troubles.

*sigh* It's probably bad karma for me, but at the moment I don't care.

I was chatting to a friend on AIM and happened to mention the domlijah phenomenon. She'd never heard of it so I tracked some websites down to enlighten/scare her.
