Toilets
Well, not toilet*s*, but toilet - my toilet, whose cistern has been overflowing whenever it felt like it. It finally gave up any pretense at working properly on Sunday - and Em was the last person to use it. Hmm - Em - The Phantom Bog Nobbler! Anyway - Bill from next door came and fixed it, for the second time. Everyone needs a Bill from next door, I know I couldn't manage without him. So my bog is flushing properly. Hurrah!!
And the mystery of the blue corregated plastic panel that arrived in my backyard on Saturday has been solved. Turns out it came off Bill's roof - just as well he told me about it cos I was going to bin it. I like it when a mystery gets solved.
